Preparing Your Home to Sell
My rule of thumb is very basic: you should leave your property as you would wish to find your new home. When you list your property with me - I'll work hard to make sure as many prospective buyers as possible see it. First impressions are so important and can make or break a deal. Now is the time to fix those leaky taps, replace any burned-out lightbulbs and weed the flowerbeds. Most importantly, your property should be clean, clutter-free; warm and inviting; so prospective buyers can imagine themselves living there.
